About Arkham

Arkham is a crypto intelligence platform that provides information on the real-world entities and individuals behind crypto market activity. We’re a Series A startup with over $12 million raised from investors including the founders of Palantir and OpenAI, and VCs including Geoff Lewis at Bedrock and Tim Draper. Our founders are veterans of the crypto industry, having previously founded Reserve, a stablecoin project for hyperinflationary economies, with investors including Peter Thiel, Sam Altman, Coinbase, and Digital Currency Group, among others. Our analysis has been featured in the New York Times, Financial Times, Bloomberg, and Forbes.

The crypto intelligence industry promises to boom over the next decade as the crypto ecosystem matures and more players enter the market seeking sophisticated data and analysis. Arkham is poised to play a major role in this new frontier.

After two years of research and development, we recently launched a closed beta with the top firms in crypto and conventional trading. The feedback from these users has been extremely positive, and we are preparing for a public launch in early 2023. Going forward, our visibility will dramatically increase along with our customer base. It will be a very exciting time in the life of the company, requiring quick and decisive action across all verticals. In anticipation of this, we are looking to grow our elite team to take on this period of rapid growth.

Role & Responsibilities

The Head of Growth will be responsible for:

  • Lead generation and user conversion
  • Developing & leading execution of marketing strategies, including branding and communications to future and existing customers
  • Identifying current and future customer needs to inform product development, marketing content, and branding
  • Setting and refining specific marketing goals and metrics, and measuring and assessing progress against them
  • Helping to recruit and develop elite marketing talent
  • Working directly with the CEO and his executive team to coordinate company strategy and execution
  • Building and maintaining all necessary pipelines for growth, including Arkham’s website, CRM & associated analytics tools

Who You Are

  • Proven track record & experience in senior growth/marketing roles at a crypto company or other startup
  • Crypto native: You have a strong understanding of DeFi/Web3/Crypto & are familiar with crypto Twitter
  • Focused on outcomes over processes
  • Self-starter and able to operate autonomously while maintaining a focus on delivery and excellence at work
  • Regular user of other social media platforms like Discord & Telegram (highly desirable)
  • Retail/B2C oriented crypto experience (highly desirable)
